This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, process, and safeguard the personal data provided by you when you visit our website, interact with our checkout interface, or purchase any of our digital development or infrastructure service tiers. We are fully committed to protecting your personal data in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), alongside international data privacy frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). By utilizing our platform, submitting a design brief, or completing a transaction, you explicitly consent to the collection and data handling practices outlined in this Policy.

1. The Specific Categories of Data We Collect

1.1. Personal Identification and Contact Information

Onboarding Information: We collect your first and last name, business email address, physical billing address, telephone number, and company name when you place an order. Project Integration Assets: We collect brand logos, copywriting texts, specific visual media files, and active links provided by you to build your landing pages or configure your custom email systems. System Access Credentials: When necessary to launch your site or set up email automation, we safely ingest username and password keys for third-party hosting, registrar, or cloud services.

1.2. Automated Financial and Analytics Information

Anonymized Usage Log Analytics: We passively capture technical data including your IP address, device type, geographic region, operating system, and page navigation metrics. Transaction Metadata: When processing payments, we see timestamp records, currency variants, total amounts paid, and the chosen payment mechanism.

2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Data Processing

We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal information to marketing brokers. We process your personal data under strict lawful bases to fulfill clear business milestones: Contract Execution, Payment Clearing, and System Notifications.

3. Third-Party Sharing and Data Sub-Processors

3.1. Financial Processing Services

All credit card, debit card, and banking transactions are processed directly by certified third-party merchant processors (primarily Paystack infrastructure). We never store or view your full card numbers, CVVs, or bank security pins.

3.2. Hosting and Infrastructure Deployment

To build your High-Performance or Never-Down pages, we copy minified layout source code and text assets to global cloud hosting systems, including but not limited to Vercel, Netlify, or AWS (Amazon Web Services) edge network clusters.

4. Data Security and Technical Safeguards

We implement a multi-layered security blueprint including encryption in transit, strict access separation, and secure erasure of credentials once they are no longer needed to complete deployment.

5. Data Retention Boundaries

Transactional Accounting Records: Billing parameters, invoice histories, and project payment receipts are kept for a minimum of seven (7) years to stay fully compliant with local and international tax reporting regulations. Active Project Containers: Creative graphics, copywriting briefs, and frontend code are stored inside our development backups for as long as your website remains actively hosted on our servers or your monthly maintenance plan is active.

6. Your Universal Data Protection Rights

Under global privacy provisions (NDPA, GDPR, CCPA), you possess complete authority over how your personal details are treated, including the Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Subscription Cancellation. To invoke these rights, send a formal request directly to our verified project support channel.
