Onboarding Information: We collect your first and last name, business email address, physical billing address, telephone number, and company name when you place an order. Project Integration Assets: We collect brand logos, copywriting texts, specific visual media files, and active links provided by you to build your landing pages or configure your custom email systems. System Access Credentials: When necessary to launch your site or set up email automation, we safely ingest username and password keys for third-party hosting, registrar, or cloud services.
Anonymized Usage Log Analytics: We passively capture technical data including your IP address, device type, geographic region, operating system, and page navigation metrics. Transaction Metadata: When processing payments, we see timestamp records, currency variants, total amounts paid, and the chosen payment mechanism.

Transactional Accounting Records: Billing parameters, invoice histories, and project payment receipts are kept for a minimum of seven (7) years to stay fully compliant with local and international tax reporting regulations. Active Project Containers: Creative graphics, copywriting briefs, and frontend code are stored inside our development backups for as long as your website remains actively hosted on our servers or your monthly maintenance plan is active.
